Cancellation policy
Pre-orders
Some items in our store may be offered as pre-orders. This means you are purchasing a product that is not yet in stock but is scheduled to be released at a later date. The full payment for pre-order items is charged at the time the order is placed.
Customers may cancel their pre-order and request a full refund at any time before the official release date of the product.
Once the product has been released or the order has been prepared for shipment, the pre-order can no longer be cancelled. Any returns after this point are subject to our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Due to the nature of trading card game products, the availability of pre-order items may depend on distributor allocations. In the event that we receive reduced quantities from the distributor, we reserve the right to limit quantities per customer, partially fulfill orders, or cancel affected pre-orders. In such cases, customers will be notified, and any cancelled items will be fully refunded.
We also reserve the right to cancel orders that violate product limits, appear to be placed for speculative resale, or otherwise conflict with fair purchasing practices intended to ensure product availability for our community.
Product Limits
To ensure fair access to trading card game products for our community, certain items may have purchase limits per customer, household, or account. If multiple orders are placed to bypass these limits, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust such orders.
We may also cancel orders that appear to be placed for speculative resale or bulk purchasing that could negatively affect product availability for other customers.
Sealed Product Returns
Due to the nature of trading card game products, sealed items such as booster packs, booster boxes, starter decks, and similar products cannot be returned once opened.
If a sealed product has been opened or its original packaging has been removed or damaged, the right to return the item within the statutory withdrawal period may be lost.
This policy is in place to protect the integrity of collectible and randomized products.
Uncollected Shipments
If a customer repeatedly fails to collect or accept delivered orders, we reserve the right to refuse future orders, require payment in advance, or cancel pending orders.
In cases where an order is returned to us due to non-collection, we reserve the right to deduct shipping and handling costs from any refund issued.
