Return and Refund Policy
This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made from:

(hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”)
1. Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify the Seller via email at info@cardsbeyond.com and return the goods within the stated period.
2. Conditions for Returns
Returned goods must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused
- The product must be in its original condition
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, if applicable
- The product must not be damaged or altered
The Seller reserves the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.
3. Sealed TCG Products
For sealed trading card game (TCG) products, including but not limited to:
- booster packs
- booster boxes
- display boxes
- starter decks
- collector boxes
- other sealed products
The following rules apply:
The product must be returned in its original sealed condition.
If the protective wrap, seal, or packaging has been opened or damaged, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
This rule is necessary to ensure the integrity of the product and to guarantee that the contents have not been tampered with.
4. Booster Packs and Randomized Contents
Products containing randomized card distributions, such as booster packs, cannot be returned once opened.
The manufacturer determines the contents of such products and are random.
Receiving cards different from what a customer expected is not a valid reason for a return or refund.
5. Booster Boxes and Box Mapping
Booster boxes and display boxes cannot be returned once the product or any of its contents has been opened.
TCG products contain randomized distributions of cards and the Seller does not guarantee specific card contents within sealed products.
Returns may be refused in cases where:
- The box has been opened
- Individual booster packs have been opened
- There is suspicion of product manipulation.
6. Weighed or Tampered Packs
The Seller guarantees that all booster packs are sold in their original condition without manipulation.
Returns may be refused if there is suspicion that booster packs have been:
- weighed
- opened and resealed
- otherwise tampered with.
7. Single Cards
For individually sold cards (singles), returns are accepted only if:
- The card is returned in the same condition in which it was shipped
- The card has not been bent, scratched, or damaged
- The card has not been used in tournament play without proper protection
8. Graded Cards
For professionally graded cards (e.g., PSA, BGS, etc.):
- Returns are accepted only if the protective slab remains intact
- The grading case must not be damaged or tampered with
Any damage to the protective slab may result in the refusal of the return.
9. Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- items marked as “Final Sale.”
- opened TCG products
- products with broken seals or damaged packaging
- products where tampering is suspected
10. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
11. Restocking Fees
The Seller does not charge restocking fees for regular stock items, provided that all return conditions are met.
12. Refunds
Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, the customer will receive a refund for the returned items.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
13. Abuse Prevention
The Seller reserves the right to refuse returns in cases of suspected abuse of the return system, speculative purchasing, or product manipulation.
