Shipping and Packaging
At CardsBeyond, we know that collectible cards are more than just pieces of paper— they are investments and passions. That’s why we place maximum emphasis on ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition, free from bent corners, scratches, or damaged seals.
Our Packaging Standards
We are collectors ourselves, and we pack every order exactly how we would want to receive it. Our packaging methods may vary based on the type of card, but safety is always our number one priority.

Single Cards: Every card is placed in a protective sleeve and further secured. We prepare each shipment to ensure it remains stationary within the envelope or box and is fully protected from external factors during transit.
- Sealed Products (Boxes, ETBs, Boosters): All sealed products are wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap and placed into sturdy cardboard boxes. Any empty space within the box is filled to prevent the product from moving during shipping.
Shipping Methods
We partner with proven carriers to ensure reliable delivery. Current shipping rates are always displayed in your cart based on the weight and dimensions of your order.

Personal Pickup: We offer this option every Monday during the Nexus Night event. Simply select this option in your cart, and we will bring your items for personal handover directly at the venue.

Zásilkovna (Packeta): Delivery to thousands of pickup points or Z-BOXes across the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
- Czech Post (Česká pošta): Delivery directly to your address (Balík Do ruky) or to a selected post office branch (Balík Na poštu).
Processing and Delivery Time

In-Stock Items: Orders for products currently in stock are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours (on business days).

Pre-orders: Pre-ordered products are shipped to arrive as close to the official release date as possible.
- Combined Orders: If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-orders, the entire shipment will be sent at once as soon as all items are available.
What to do upon receiving your shipment?
Please always verify the packaging's integrity when accepting a package from the carrier. If the box is visibly damaged, punctured, or soaked:

Do not accept the delivery and state the reason to the carrier.
- Alternatively, file a damage report immediately on-site (at the post office or pickup point) or with the driver.
